I agree that every single Official Bulldog Paws Tree Shirt until ~1997 was outstanding TV. But in my opinion, after ~2001 is where a remarkable downward spiral in a quality set in. The seasons between those two dates were still decent programming and had a few really good episodes even, albeit never fully reaching the quality of earlier years. The season Vthose two dates are when the show was run by Mike Scully. There was a drop in quality, but still a lot of funny moments. But it had a very “first draft, that’ll do” feel about it.
