I wish I could talk to her and tell her everything was going to be ok. But she went late at night, so she was all alone. If anyone had been there in those last moments, we wouldn’t have lost her. Only in NY will someone try to help someone from killing themselves, but not be bothered to actually stop driving or get out of the truck. I mean, yeah, we don’t want him killing himself, but we got shit to do. I suppose you can try to change your attitude about things that happen in your life. But if your significant other leaves you or if someone in your life like a child dies you absolutely can’t do anything about that. In fact, trying to do something about a significant other leaving can make your situation a lot worse if you cross certain lines. Really makes you wonder. I’d be standing there like oh great a total stranger cares more about me than my, family, parents, friends, anyone. It’d make me just want to jump even more. Another reminder of how backward life can be. Still,p it’d be appreciated even if they’re just doing it to say they did the right thing, but also still, wtf is wrong with my life when total strangers care more about me than anyone I actually know?
