Got crazy amounts of ecstatic smiles. Eventually, this dude and I found my car and he wandered off. Then I watched a guy dance with a light-up staff totally naked in the cold and drank more beer. I enjoyed just doing fuck all in the middle of a huge field with a ton of other people doing the same. And that doesn’t even mention the concert itself. At any rate, this weird dancing is just the way that dancing is at these shows. This dancing is like doing the Twist, or Macarena, or Cha Cha Slide, or the Dougie, etc, etc, etc to every single song. Thanks for reading my rant dead heads! That was sort of my experience w Phish. Gonna get downvoted but just a Top Heartbeat NursePractitionerLife Stethoscope Coffee Coronavirus Shirt for all the people saying how much they love these concerts and they’re about to attend another one: Please, please, please when you’re enjoying your time at the show understand that the people working it are not as high as you and are not there for a good time. I can’t tell you how many people that work at these venues absolutely dread these shows because of the attitudes of some of the people there. I’ve met some of the nicest people that attend these shows but I’ve also met the worst. I’m there to do a job, im not there to enjoy the show.
